Hardware without software is like a body without a soul,
and theory without practice is like a map without a journey.
Exploring the Maker-Domain with Drones, IoT, and More!
We are a group of students at TU Dresden passionate about building and experimenting with drones. We aim to develop autonomous systems capable of tackling challenges in hard-to-reach areas, like finding objects in dense forests or mapping large areas. Our projects combine various technologies such as 3D printing, CAD modeling, electronics, and programming to push the boundaries of innovation.
Developing algorithms for drones to work together in areas where individual drones might fail, including collaborative mapping and object detection in dense environments.
Building wireless IoT systems that can be deployed on drones to collect data from remote areas and stream real-time information.
Designing and 3D printing custom components for drones and other robotic systems to improve functionality and performance in different environments.
